It looks like that you have already gone to our reward center portal to see what rewards needed to be claimed. 

Since the reward is supposed to be for 200 and you see 50, that means 150.00 is missing. Our reward center customer support will be your best bet to place a claim for a missing reward card. You can contact them at 1-800-288-9983. They are open from Monday-Friday,  9am to 6pm (CST). 

Please update us and inform us of the result of your claim.

LOL! You think AT&T is going to help you? You are one of hundreds like me who was promised rewards and never got them nor ever going to get them. A sign is being made and is going into my front yard next week warning my neighbors of their lies. I tried and tried doing the things the above rep tells to do with no success. Cookie cutter response to every single person who has this problem. No one who has had this issue has gotten their reward.

Well, guess what happened? Never thought my claim would get anywhere and I received a claim letter end of August to claim my $250. I claimed it online and received the VISA rewards card 1 week later. Thank you AT&T for doing the right thing. All of my neighbors received theirs within 6 weeks of getting their internet service. I guess 6 months is better than nothing at all.

It said that I would get a $100 reward card and a $50 card if I signed up for AT&T fiber when ordering through myatt account.   I did,  and went to the rewards center to claim my reward and now it's saying I'm disqualified.   False advertising!
