Fiber technically available but not possible to order

We have actual fiber connection available (att technician confirmed while installing DSL) and one of our neighbors is already connected - so it works.

but it’s not available if you search through “find my address if fiber is available”

where can I report this?

will buy immediately

Only basic option you have is to fill out this web form or call 1-800-288-2020 and request an Address research request for Fiber.

It takes about 30 days but you should try it if you have not already completed this step.

How far away is this neighbor that has Fiber and what options shows up for their address at this web page: https://www.att.com/availability

Also pictures are helpful. Do you have aerial or underground utilities?

Then we can walk you through locating the nearest Fiber terminal to your address.

Note: it is also possible that your neighbor has AT&T Direct Fiber which is a business option and is built for 1 specific address vs Residential fiber service for a large service area.

Thank you, Dave. Reported.

Indeed it might be a business option as our neighbor is CEO of F500 company.

Our lines are underground.

It's just strange because ATT technician said that he could connect our house but since I don't have the order - he can't do it. And I can't order it because it doesn't show the availability.
