Fiber 1000 - Slow Download, Fast Upload

Service was awesome for the first month or so but over this weekend, average downloads went from well over 500mbps to 50 or so. Uploads are still super fast. I've tried power cycling and nothing's helped. Any AT&T techs capable of helping?

Hello @aenemated!

We believe you may benefit from disabling your IPv6 to stabilize your connection speeds. Please let us know if this is able to assist you!

Today is my first day of service. I'm not using wi-fi, I'm plugged into the back of the router via cat5. Why am I only getting 7Mbs down and well over 300Mbs up?

Just confirming that this solution above worked for me. I didn't necessarily have slow speeds, but it was up and down and my upload speed was faster than download.

I got AT&T fast Internet a few weeks ago.  I have this same issue from the moment of the install.  The install tech had no idea how to fix it.  I e-mailed his supervisor and he had no idea how to fix it either.  The second tech was out yesterday and he agreed it is a problem but had no idea how to fix it.  I'll disable the IPV6 and see if that works.  Thanks for the help!
