Felt cheated by AT&T and 300$ reward card missing
I signed up for 1GB at&t fiber plan through chat with a sales rep. I still havent received the 300$ reward i was promised. I reached out to rewards center and they say they can't add any promotion to my account. Isn't that count to CHEATING?
It's been 7 weeks and still didnt receive the email. I tried calling rewards center and they are saying your account is not eligible for any rewards. I spoke with billing and they deflected me to rewards center again and again. End of the day, no rewards are being given as promised. I signed up for my fiber service through att.com website and through the chat option. Still, AT&T cheated me like anything. On line for 2 hours today to get this resolved and everyone saying we are sorry that our agent provided incorrect information. How can that be possible?
