Felt cheated by AT&T and 300$ reward card missing

I signed up for 1GB at&t fiber plan through chat with a sales rep.  I still havent received the 300$ reward i was promised.  I reached out to rewards center and they say they can't add any promotion to my account. Isn't that count to CHEATING?

It's been 7 weeks and still didnt receive the email.  I tried calling rewards center and they are saying your account is not eligible for any rewards.  I spoke with billing and they deflected me to rewards center again and again.  End of the day, no rewards are being given as promised.  I signed up for my fiber service through att.com website and through the chat option.  Still, AT&T cheated me like anything.  On line for 2 hours today to get this resolved and everyone saying we are sorry that our agent provided incorrect information.  How can that be possible?

Hi @Ajaygirl, we understand the importance being able to access your reward points. We're here to guide you in the right direction.

 

As this issue is with the reward card. We recommend that you contact our Reward Center team. You can also, reach them at 800-288-9983, they are available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.

 

NOTE : We recommend that you check your Email/Spam folder for the reward notification email or letter with a claim number.

 

Additionally, to redeem your reward, you must claim it within 75 days from the date on your notification and keep your service active.

No use even you speak with at&t rewards center and billing department.  They both transferring their responsibility without resolving it.  Probably all the customers should take legal (Edited per community guidelines) suite in this case.  I spoke with them 2 hours yesterday without a resolution.

The only one that helped was online bill support. She found the order number with the reward and stayed online with me as I spoke to rewards center. I should have it 3-5 business days. If it wasn’t for her providing the order number and finding it I never would have gotten it.

I've only had ATT Fiber for 2 weeks so I'm keeping an eye out for an email.  Mine will be less since I only signed up for 500mb.

Rewards cards are only given when offering service online. Not via chat.
