Tried Resetting Router, did not help

336 mbps over wifi is honestly quite good for wifi speeds

You're not going to get much higher then that over 802.11n, theoretical max transfer rate over 802.11n is 450mbps for all connected devices combined

AC is a bit different, 1.3gbps, and it handles multiple devices differently then the previous standard.

This all depends on what your device supports, if it only supports 802.11n, you're not going to get the speeds of 802.11ac

In reality you will never hit those speeds, those speeds are theoretical maximums

I'm having the same issues. When I run the speed test everything shows super fast download and upload but browsing is slow.

The same slow browsing on all computers including my work laptop which I use at the office with no issues but at home the same laptop is slow browsing. So I tethered to my cell and the browsing was fasted from my cell but the speed test was slower.

Is browsing throttled?

I turned off IPv6 and my browsing speed went to what I would call normal.

After I disabled IPv6 Netflix and amazon video stopped timing out (went back to normal) as well as a noticeable difference in all other browsing.

you can goto  http://test-ipv6.com/ to see if there is a problem which is how I figured it out. then go into your modem/router and disable IPv6 if there is. or just google it.
