Extremely low upload speed on 100 Fiber Plan
Hi AT&T etc.,
I've had an issue since I had AT&T installed in mid-February that has yet to be resolved, where the service I am currently paying for (AT&T Fiber 100) is not delivering on what was promised. While the download speed is fine, the upload speed has always been an abysmal ~1.5 mbps when it should be ~100 mbps. I've had multiple technicians come to look and try resolving the issue but they aren't responding to messages anymore, leaving the issue unaddressed while I'm still paying for a service that I'm not getting. It is close to being 3 months now with this issue–what can I do if AT&T isn't providing support anymore???

Continue calling in and scheduling a tech visit. As more dispatch tickets are placed on your account you’ll start to move up the chain. If it doesn’t get resolved you’ll eventually move up to a case management team which is a small team in Texas and Wisconsin who are good at what they do.
Your other option is to file an FCC complaint which will get you to the office of the president and likely get you resolved fairly quickly.
I assume you have tested hard wired on multiple systems and noticed the issue?
