Escalation of $200 gift card problem
I want to escalate this problem up the AT&T management, as I believe this is subject to California Bait and Switch laws.
I got AT&T, and the offer was for $200 card. The lady said she would include a second card free, because of problems I experienced. I have waited, and when I called, AT&T are now saying that they can find no record of the conversation I had.
After mentioning I was on this website, suddenly it changed to, oh you have to claim the card within 120 days. My psychic powers are not so good anymore, so I didn't know that!
I have a record of everyone I spoke to including their IDs.
