DTV Stream + Internet Bundle Issues with credit
I signed up separately for Internet and DTV stream respectively. Upon signing up for DTV stream, i was given a bundle price of 129.
Its been 3 mos now and i still do not see it.
I called 6 times today 3 in the internet department and 3 in dtv. They do not have any clue of what I'm talking about and I am so frustrated.
Its funny that I have one account for both service but they don't know it. Even this forum doesn't have a bundles category!!! Been transferred back and forth, have agents insisting its not true.
Oh well, i was more resourceful than these agents!
Anyway, can someone please give me my goddam credit for my bundle?
PS... this is a repost from the TV Forum - they closed my question coz they said that this should go to internet! See what I mean, no accountability. Whatever happened to seamless customer service ATT?
