Dropping ATT service
I am out of internet service and have been so for about 5 days. I call customer service and all they seem to know is that there is an outage. The generic message about the outage has not changed since the first day of the outage. After reading many similar stories, I was wondering how hard it would be to get out of my contract and go back to my old provider. Their service was not as consistently fast, but it was reliable. This service has its share of good and bad days and customer service is not knowledgeable. Anyone know the rules on dropping this service?
