Disruptive Outage, No communication (Nashville TN area)
My internet has been out since last Monday. I have been given guidance that it would be fixed every single day since then. It has been 10 days and I was just told by customer service that they actually don’t know when it will be back up now. I have tried to request a mobile hotspot as compensation for not having internet since this is extremely disruptive, and was told I would have to pay. The only solution they have provided is a credit for when my service comes back up. I work from home and while a credit is necessary, I also need a solution now. I am disappointed that no information was proactively communicated to me, and that I have actually been getting emails about upgrading my service as well.
