Cut off or suspension time frame
Unfortunately, I have had some unforeseen financial hardship this month and am 11 days past due account for my att fiber internet. I was wondering how long I have until my service is cut off and/or my account suspended and/or closed entirely. I’d just like all the possible situations I am facing at the moment thank you.

Your service can be cut off at any point past the due date, and the suspension time varies based on your credit history and billing history, so there's no specific time frame. If you're worried about it, pay your bill.
