Closed Account for over a month but still receiving a bill
My account has been closed for over a month and have had NO internet activity as well but I’m still receiving a bill. This needs to be fixed NOW. I have screen shots of the new payment due.
I will be waiting on and email from AT&T.

Read that final bill thouroughly. First check the servcie dates. The final bill is not prorated, so billing continues in full through the end of the service month. However, if the service month started over and showing a new full month of service (all starting after your call to cancel), that would be a problem.
Also check to see if there are any one-time charges to clear out the account. Look for things like non-return fee of equipment, or even if the prior month's payment had an issue resulting in any past due.
Finally NEVER post your User ID, email, and account number in a public forum. You have posted that private info for the world to see so prepare for an increase in any scams or marketing to your email and that other info is compromised.
