Can't play Consoles online (PS, XBox)
Since I got home from work this morning (roughly 11am) I have been unable to play my Gaming Consoles Online. My internet is fully functional with the exception of playing games on my consoles. My PC has Zero issues, I can play online. This is only effecting my Playstation and my Brothers XBox. I talked to my neighbor that I game with and he's having the same issues. Can't play his Playstation online either (we can connect online and use Party Chat, we just can't play anything. No games, no Netflix (or other media apps)). I've done a factory reset on my router, rebooted all devices, used the att online help (found no problems, when there obviously is). Everything was working just fine last night. Anyone able to help???

This is crazy. I'm in the Fort Worth area as well and I'm having the same exact issue when trying to game on my PS5. Internet on computer and TV are working fine.

@tonydi The only reason I might think they're telling the truth about a firmware fix resolving it is because of what I see on my gateway--
But I'm talking to you on my computer. I have a friend in hurst that sent me this as well:
Definitely wasn't like this a couple of days ago.

Ahh, Smart Home Manager that swears you're offline. That's also not a FW issue, it's an app issue because it does that on the other AT&T gateways too.

trace route to one of epicgames servers form NRH. I'm betting these connections are timing out.

We are not gamers, but we definitely are having issues starting the same time frame that you mentioned. Speed test will be ok, then web pages won't load and our streaming will work and then stop. We are in DFW, too.

@Russellfamily100
Yep my streaming has been hit or miss was well. This would probably get fixed faster if @ATTHelp would just admit there is a network issue. My main problem is not being able to connect to my day trading data feed on Monday.

New day, same problems. Issues are still present. =/
Ended up Downloading Fortnite on my laptop last night (took a while with constant drops in the connection) and seems the issues are even plaguing it. I was able to get into the lobby but could only matchmake maybe 1 game out of every 20 tries. All other resulted in matchmaking issues. Once I got in a game though, I had no problems. FFXIV I have no issues whatsoever, but it could be the data type or perhaps different route for the packets that avoids the hang ups?
