Can't log in, new account, CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]
I am trying to set up a new fiber account. I went through the process on my phone but was never prompted with the actual correct domain for my user ID but it would not let me create an ID without "@blank.com" It wouldn't take my gmail so I guessed and typed in att.com at the end of my user ID. It let me create the account. I have reset the password multiple times and I know it is correct. I keep getting this error message with the correct password and the USER ID THAT ATT ALLOWED ME TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITH.
I haven't even set up my internet yet and I'm already frustrated. If the issue is that the user ID is incorrect then, wow, major UI fail you guys. I was never prompted with "create your account ending in 'att.net'".
