Cannot ping or RDP after upgrade from 100 mbps to 400 mbps MIS AT&T Fiber.

With the previous AT&T (MIS) Fiber Optics service of 100 mbps I was able to access the assets (server, workstations) remotely via Remote Desktop and I could also access the router(s), and even PING the public addresses. After upgrading to 400 mbps all those services (PING, RDP, etc) do not work. All the ports I try with different public IP addreses of my block are shown as "closed".

Here to help, @myvedado.

What is the model of your gateway?

We recommend making sure port forwarding is set up properly on your network. If everything is set up correctly and you're still unable to connect, let us know so we can further assist you.

Our (3) routers (Netgear, Ubiquiti, Zyxel) are behind the AT&T router. We have not change the configuration of the router. Just after the AT&T upgrade our ability to remote to our location stopped. We checked the Port Forwarding configuration and it was not changed. The only way to remote to our assets is by using third party tools (Anydesk, Teamviewer, etc.). None of the AT&T technicians that I have talked to in Tech Support have an idea of what's going on.

I have other 2 locations running 100 MB and I do not have this problem.
