I have 24 hours without service, and you told me is something around the area, but i asked to all my neighbors and they have internet, so something doesn´t make sense here
You need to call 1-800-288-2020 or use the AT&T Smart Home Manager app and let it check your connection and it will walk you through opening a ticket for a tech visit.
