Billing Issues

Hi, I am an ATT fiber and ATT TV customer. I previously signed up for fiber when I moved to my new location and did not get tv at the time. I was sent an offer to add ATT tv as a bundle to my internet. I was supposed to get Internet and TV for a combined total of $110 for ATT TV and Internet 1000. I have called several times and told it's being taken care off and that I would be refunded for the past months. but it has not happened. I got some kind of $10 credit on my bill after the last call, but it's still combined $20 over what I was told I'd have to pay. And for months I was paing $30 more than I was supposed to pay. The only reason I signed up for ATT TV in the first place was for the bundle discount and now I am stuck in a contract and very unsatisfied because I am not able to get anyone to fix my bill and it's been maybe 4 or 5 months now. 


I absolutely hate talking on the phone and have had to call many times. The chat is a joke, the person didn't even know what ATT TV was and told me I definitely had a direct TV package. I have never had satellite tv, and it wasted a lot of my time so I'm not going to try that again.

 

Can you please look into this and help?
