BILL~ says INTERNET. ???

My bill says INTERNET but I purchased ATT FIBER.  Dont understand.  Started at $50 now I'm up to Total due
AutoPay is scheduled for: 

I didn't see the credit for autopay.  Is the Internet really my Fiber plan?  I never switched I've only ever needed the wifi fiber.  Do they change things and not ask. Lord God these increases are killing me! On social security.…. HELP

And my wifi is terrible in parts of my house.  Help!

To address your concern, AT&T Fiber and AT&T Internet are same services. 


For your billing concerns to dig deeper about your charges and itinerary details we recommend that you speak with our AT&T technical support team. 

Please contact us at 800.288.2020, they are available Monday to Friday 07:00am-09:00pm CT and Saturday-Sunday 08:00-09:00pm CT. 

They will be able to check the details and help you further.


About the Wi-Fi being in low range in a few parts of your house, we suggest that you check your internet weak spots by sign in to your Smart Home Manager app. You can also optimize your internet speed through the Smart Home Manager.


If the issue still persists, then getting a Wi-Fi extender is the option to help get stable internet all around your house.
