ATT scamming customers
How do you tell a customer to wait 6 months to receive a Visa gift card and later tell that same customer, "well, if you didn't report it within 120 days (4 months) you forfeit it."? The fact that after 12 months it hasn't arrived proves that it's a scam and you never actually issued an order to provide the deal you promised in the first place.
I've already asked about my rebate, why I never received it, why when my new account was created for fiber, why the notes weren't transfered. By the way, the notes aren't my responsibility to transfer, that's an ATT responsibility. You can easily look back to my first payment on the new account, see when it was, see the deals that were being offered at the time, put 2 and 2 together. But you'd rather create bad PR for yourself, which if you ask your marketing department, takes thousands and thousands of dollars to correct. Why wouldn't you just pay what you promised me. Obviously if you have no record of me being paid the $500, then I wasn't. Yet I have screenshots with the internet deals, with my account info and contact info.
If a bank makes an error with someone's money, do you think they just get to say, "well, the screen says you have no money" when the account holder has statements? No.
The deals were offered. Your customer service reps signed me up for a business account I never asked for, then the system wouldn't change me from a business account to a personal account, so they had to create an entirely new account and kill the old one. All the screw ups in the last 12 months have been on your end, so I don't get promises fulfilled because you screwed up.
If I get a bill and then I lose it, I don't get to say "well, I lost all the information so, sorry, but I guess I won't be paying my bill". NO! You still make me pay the bill because I promised to pay the bill, just like you promised to pay the $500 incentive.
Smh! It just boggles my mind that you're striving to have worse customer service than charter spectrum.

Looking at #4, that's $400. I was a $100 off. Because of shoddy coding my new account had to be setup offline. Not for lack of trying to do it online. The system error doesn't negate the offer since I was forced to go offline.
