ATT Rewards Card Not Received : Tired of Being on Hold
To Whom It May Concern:
When setting up my wireless internet for my new apartment, I knew I was going to go thru ATT because of the great just internet promo that was going on at the time. I went thru the chat option on the website and spoke with a rep named "Justin" around July 23rd of this year. "Justin" informed me I would be receiving a $100 visa gift card for setting up my wireless internet service thru ATT. Since then, I have YET to receive this gift card which prompted me to call customer service only to find out there is a special rewards center customer service line I should have contacted. Here I am today, on hold for FORTY MINUTES after attempting to call yesterday (I was on hold 20 mins) and I am irritated that I still have yet to speak with a representative. I attempted the online portal and it was telling me my account number was wrong?? I need a solution to this soon. Why promise customers a reward just for them to take time consuming steps for them to may or may not get answers in regards to the situation??
