AT&T promised $350 reward card but gave $50 only.
I was told I will get a total of $350 reward card ($200+$100+50) when ordering AT&T Fiber Internet online. (I still keep the screenshot of the ordering page.) After a week of service activation, I did receive an email from AT&T Reward Center on 6/1, telling me to claim my reward. But it was $50 only.
I called the AT&T Reward Center at 800-288-9983 on 7/29, resulted in nothing. The Reward Center asked me to call Customer Service at 800-288-2020. Then I called that number immediately. After many times of transferring, a responsible madam finally came up and managed to find a male supervisor/specialist to help me. After I explained my problem, that man told me quite affirmatively that I will receive the rest $300 reward card in mail in 2-4 weeks from that day and asked me not to call the Customer Service any more. I spent almost 3 hours talking to many different AT&T representives that day but I still felt lucky, thinking my problem was resolved and that's the end of the story.
However, another 2 months have passed, I didn't received any more mail or emails about reward card from AT&T. I tried Reward Center 800-288-9983 today on 10/5. They said they can't do anything about it and asked me to call Customer Service at 800-288-2020 again. Then I tried Customer Service 800-288-2020, this time I was not so lucky to meet that responsible madam again. They just transfer me here and there again and again, ending up with nothing... I also heard of 120 days policy of AT&T today, which made me more hopeless.
I'm feeling quite disappointed and upset right now. I need help but don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
