Att notifying me every 2 minutes that I am logged into my bussiness account

I just activated my account in the ATT Business Direct portal, about 10 minutes later I started to recieve 2 to 3 calls every 5 five minutes, I now have over 50 voice mails. The calls are coming from 800-221-0000 When I try to call the help desk they keep claiming that this is not coming from ATT, but I know that they are. As a matter of fact after being transfere 4 times they continue to tell me that ATT does not have a phone number. But that phone number is listed in the portal? Also if this is a Hack, then why not do somthing about it? Personally I think that it has to does with ATT automation, its broke and its way out of control!!!
