ATT Mailed Offer for Fiber ATT300 for $40/per Month with Bundled Service

I signed up for the offer at $40/pm for Fiber 300ATT bundled with my existing ATT wireless account.

​ Why am I being invoiced at a $50/pm rate plus $10 for equipt rental? The invoiced/billed amount is in direct conflict with the ATT mailed offer.

​ Where can I send my payment demand letter to ATT U-Verse for the over-billing of my account?

​ The ATT mailed offer states Terms and Conditions of $40/pm + $10 for equipt -->> NOT $50/pm + $10 for equipt rental

​ And BTW, there appears to be NO noticable difference in download/upload speeds btwn Xfinity blast DSL and Fiber 300ATTT.....LAME

those offers don’t include taxes,equipment rental or other fees.

Did you read the terms of the discount? It may not apply to existing customers. Still call customer service about the billing. They may tell you it may take a billing cycle to show on your account. Tell them you want the bill corrected now.
