ATT knew the Internet bill is wrong, but ATT can't fix it!!!

Recently, I bought ATT fiber Internet service online from ATT website directly. When I login the website, I saw the bill is wrong, discount is miss.

I talked with ATT online agents two times, they told me they can find the missed-discount, but ATT still need time to fix it.

I feel very disappointment to the ATT service, poor, very poor.

Right now, I'm worry about ATT can't fix the bill problem forever.

I'm in the same boat. I agreed and signed up for AT&T Fiber internet promotional offer of $80/mo., but when my bill came about, I was and still am being billed the full price of $109/mo. Miraculously, I've had the incorrect bill prorated to the promotional price, but nobody at AT&T seems to be able to help me and get my price fixed. Unbelievable for such a long time customer that they are dancing around this issue. I'm sorely disappointed and might have to take my business elsewhere.
