Att Internet outage in my area 32092

Dear AT&T Service Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing internet outage at my home. It has been 22 hours since the outage began due to a fiber cable wire issue in my neighborhood. Despite contacting AT&T customer service three times, including speaking with a supervisor, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. I have been informed that the local service team is looking into the issue, but the estimated resolution time remains unknown, with an additional 24 hours projected.

As a long-time Comcast customer who recently switched to AT&T after moving, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of timely and effective customer service. I am now regretting my decision to switch providers. I am considering sharing my experience on forums to raise awareness if AT&T truly values its customers.

I urge you to prioritize resolving this issue promptly and improving customer service at all levels.
