AT&T Gift Cards
I still have not received my $150 AT&T gift cards.......when I go on the site it lets me get the $50 gift card but then it states that I need a previous bill to get the $100 gift card I'm assuming. This was never stated when I signed up for the service. It was "get a gift card when signing up online!!!!!" Now they need a previous bill for what??! I don't have a previous bill, I just have AT&T now!!!

Let me clarify....the original gift card amount was supposed to be $100....the added $50 was from a promo code ACT or something on their website..........so what's up AT&T????????????? be fr

We recommend calling the Reward Center Help Desk at 877-258-1427 to confirm the reward you signed up for, find out what information you'll need to provide, and to make sure that you qualify for the full $150 reward.

Hi, if you have been asked to provide the previous bill that is for early termination fee you might have paid to previous provider however if you did not have previous provider or did not pay any ETF than its not for you, Please share it's been how long that you have established the services with AT&T.
It usually takes 3-4 weeks time to get all rewards, check your email account and search if you have received any email from AT&T.
you can check on this website as well AT&T Reward Center - Home Page (att.com) which rewards you are eligible.
if you were promised a reward card normally you get it, if its been more than a month call the reward center helpline they will be more than happy to help you.
