AT&T Fiber promotion

We purchased a new home last month and joined AT&T. I received an email from AT&T Fiber stating my Smart Home Entertainment package was available. Steps in the e-mail stated to click on the amazon.com link, put the entertainment package into my cart and checkout.  Instead, the amazon.com link provided states 

"Congratulations! The reward is currently not available. We apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, you have been given $329.95 in Amazon credits that can be used on any item sold by Amazon in the category listed below. You may have already used a portion of this reward. Please check your cart for the reward amount left."

I have no credits in my cart at Amazon.  AT&T says it is an Amazon issue (I called three different times) and Amazon says it is an AT&T issue.  I simply want my Entertainment package, or credits.  Help?

I have a solution but have a little venting first-

AT&T agent above told me to continue to a private chat to resolve and all that was there was to tell me to call reward center. Of course reward center is closed on weekends. Considering the hours all of us have spent to get the rewards we were promised deserve better than this. 
Okay @hyphiee , @brinnythegreat @ilvupackers and @LovelyStrength - here’s how you ACTUALLY claim your reward:

Open Amazon and log in

search for Q42022 Smart Home Bundle

Add it to your cart

You may have to click “See All Buying Options” first to add to cart. 
Now go to checkout and you should see the $339 credit applied to order to make this free. 
Message me with any questions. They sure didn’t make claiming our rewards easy did they?

It is a relative new offering. Here is the fine print from AT&T:

Smart Home Accessory Bundle: Customer will be sent a redemption link to Amazon redemption page where they will add accessory pkg to their cart. Customer must have or create an Amazon account to complete fulfillment and receive accessories. Offer non-transferable. Amazon devices are provided without any warranty or guarantees beyond manufacturer’s standard warranty. Add’l restr’s may apply.

According to the information that we have, in order to escalate the reward/promotion, please contact our reward/promotion fulfillment center at 8772581427. They will take a look at the offer and see what has happened to your Amazon or Google Bundle.

I spoke with Amazon and they said to wait for 4-5 days and the rewards will be activated on the check out page. There will be a check box to select to use the rewards. It can only be used on items that are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. I’ll post again with my results after trying this in about a week.
