At&t (Edited per community guidelines)!
I was ok with my 300Gb internet until at&t called me offering faster and better internet 500gb! So I went a long and upgraded and my internet doesn't work since, they had me on hold over an hour to tell me that I have to wait 24-48 hours and to make a bad situation worst I'll be traveling overseas so I won't be able to view my cameras, water my grass, open my garage or even control my AC thermostat!

What model gateway? Have you tried a factory reset of the gateway? If you have an ONT, what color are its lights and the gateway lights?

At&t is the worst. They called me offering better internet so I upgraded and it has yet to work, the worst part I am going overseas for a week and I won't have internet to view my cameras, open my garage, adjust my Ac Thermostat. I hate them go somewhere else sprint, Verizon, Comcast, even cricket would be better. Thank me later.

I am not sure what model the modem is and I am currently at work. I do know I have fiber and it was working fine until at&t called and upgraded to 500. The light on the model is a white flashing. Yes I reset the modem and it still didn't work.
