AT&T Didn’t Honor $400 Reward Card Promised

was told that I’ll be getting a $400 reward card when I open up an AT&T Fiber Internet account but I have not received any instructions via email or via mail. Mind you, I have a habit of checking my emails everyday, be it the spam/junk folder. And I have not been told about the 120 days policy when I have opened this. I called the Rewards Center and was just told straight off that they couldn’t do anything about it! Didn’t offer any resolution. Isn’t this a deceptive marketing strategy? I also read a lot of forums about people having similar problems as me. Definitely not happy as I’ve been with AT&T since I moved here in the US. And I have always paid my bills on time, even with the wireless account…and this is how I’m treated? I’m so upset right now.

Yep, same thing happened to me. I was able to get $200 dollars but not the $400.00 I was sold on. They were going to give me an additional $100 if I activated my AT&T sim card the same day that the internet was installed but I tried to explain I couldn't because I hadn't received the sim card the day my internet was installed. Now we all know and there are other bundle offers out there.
