AT&T ACP Program screwups!
Every week or 2 I have to redo my ACP Program because AT&T keeps sending me a bill when I approved for 100% fee free Internet. I am disabled and its getting frustrating as (Edited per community guidelines) to keep doing this. I call and my bill gets set back to free, then a few days later I get a email with a bill.
ACP says its not them and AT&T says its not them - SO who is making this happen. Neither company wants to own up to this issue.
Plz understand that I have had brain surgery and this issue is causing me more stress then I need. My income is barley enough to handle what expenses I have.
