AT + T Active Armor
2023-10-05 AT + T Active Armor. Is it necessary to have it ? Today I called AT+T customer service for help on activating the Active Armor. I tried activating while on the phone with the rep and pop up said 'activation taking longer than expected.' The agent and I disconnected the call, then I received a pop-up followed by 'activation unsuccessful, please call agent,' Prior to calling customer service, I have tried activating the feature through the app, and I would a pop-up 'activation unsuccessful.' Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
