A year and a half later still haven't received $100 VISA card offer

Back in March of 2021 I signed up for AT&T Fiber when I moved. As part of an ongoing promotion they had a deal where you could get 2 $100 Visa cards after paying for 3 months of service. I signed up got my internet, which I will give them for the most part has worked very well. My only complaint is when I got the emails to redeem my 2 $100 Visa gift cards one code said it was expired the day after I received the email. The email said it didn't expire for another 3 months. I called the rewards center support and they told me oh it was a bug we'll apply another code to your account, you'll have to pay for an extra 3 months (which was dumb but I didn't care at the time),  and then you will receive the 2nd $100 Visa card. Well after waiting for months I called them again and they said it was about to be mailed out. Well I never received it, I kind of gave up after calling them twice and being given the run around, I'm not sure they ever even meant to give me the 2nd one. It's felt like a scam this entire time, I just felt compelled the complain about it now because I thought about switching to AT&T for my cell provider for the new iPhone but decided I couldn't trust their promotions. 

I'm hoping by posting this it will let buyers be warned. And hopefully it will get the attention of customer service so I can finally get my visa.

This has happened to me, too. I am currently on hold with the AT&T Rewards Department for about the 10th time now. I ordered Internet service online on 3/28/22. At that time, the promo was for $250 in Visa gift cards. Brook followed up with a call to confirm all details, including about the $250 reward cards. She said that I would receive them via mail in ~4-6 weeks. They never arrived. I've spoken to Natasha on 7/12/22, Elizabeth on 7/12/22, transferred to Noah in the Tech Dept (why, even he didn't know) on 7/12/22, spoke to Victor in the Loyalty Department on 7/15/22, Aisharisha on 8/23/22, Vera on 8/29/22, as examples. Everyone promises to mail the $250 Visa gift cards, but they have never arrived. The last person I spoke to on 8/29/22, Vera, said the gift cards were never re-issued by any of the prior people I'd already spoken to across the months I've been calling--she promised to get it done this time. My address with them is correct--always has been--and I live in a community that has locked mailboxes. I've now been on hold this time around for 40 minutes so far. Like you, it appears that this is never going to be resolved and there is no intention to honor the $250 promotion under which I signed on with AT&T Internet.

No unfortunately the DM didn't even ask for anything it just told me to call the number that's been giving me the run around.
