$35 Restoral Charge on my Internet Fiber Account

Just received a new bill and for the fourth time in 4 months another unexplained charge?  Please advise why I would have received a $35 U-verse Restoral charge when I have never used U-verse?  Please advise how I should have this charge reverse and my account credited with the $35.  Thank you

Call AT&T to discuss the bill and dispute any charges like you would any other company. We cannot look into your account as this is a public forum of other customers, not customer support.

Forget about the name of the service (ie: Uverse).  Uverse/AT&T Internet seem to be interchangeable.

The phrase "Restoral" fee/charge indicates that the service was disconnected and reconnected or "restored".  Did your service get disconnected (late payment) and then reconnected (restored)?

When you're in your 60s & people ask you to do something, you just say "No".  No reason.  No excuse.  No explanation.  I can't wait for my 70s.  I don't think I'll even answer.   -  Jerry Seinfeld
