Nokia cell booster (femetocell)
I just received a cell booster from ATT. Model SS2FII femtocell multi-band soho. The power LED blinks white and the internet LED blinks orange. The Nokia manual says I need to open udp port 150, 4500, and 123 but I can’t open these ports without the IP address. Does this unit have a default IP? I can’t see it on my network yet my old 3g microcell works just fine using the same network cable. I don’t know how to get this working and no one from ATT can help.

@OttoPylot Thank you so much for many things I will just list 3. 1) for responding so quickly to everyone's messages at all levels of technical questions. 2) For your guide it is most helpful and is clearly written for all levels of technical expertise. 3) Never giving up trying to help someone!
Thank you, Thank you! I was finally able to get past the "Personal/Small Business" choice so AT&T recognized me. But I had to go into town to my brother in laws (MSEE) to do it. The wait didn't even make a full circle. He look at you guide and said "WOW". E's don't like to write. We got almost all hooked up, but the GPS was looking for me at his house so instead of changing the address such a vacation home. I took everything back home and everything is working. I had a small problem with the window for GPS because it has a tint film on it so I just opened it and all is good now. Unplugged the Micro Cell. Made a few calls, tested the bar level through out the house and will be moving it from the head room so the whole house will have coverage, I think. Thank you again couldn't have done it without you. Laura

@L2harris Excellent! I should’ve mentioned about setting it up at a different location and then moving it back to your house as the “vacation” home. The film on the window may be a problem down the road for communication and the periodic maintenance checks, because a reboot is done which means another location verification.

@OttoPylot Aye, I can attest to that. Many automotive tint films contain metallic materials that can attenuate a cell phone signal.
If you have trouble making/ receiving calls in the car? Roll down the window... it works!
Film tinted residential or work/business glass? Roll one up and go for a smoke and a call/txt to check in while you're outdoors.

Did you connect the ethernet cable from the router LAN to the WAN port on the booster? Unlike many devices, you connect to the yellow WAN on the booster.

We just received our booster and there was no instruction book included. Is this simply a plug and play device or is there more to it? My wife and I are not technically advanced so hopefully somewhere there is a book for dummies on this thing. Currently our microcell is still working but without it we have no signal so I would like to get this thing setup.

Take a look at @OttoPylot 's guide here. If current 3gMicrocell is working, it should be plug n' play.
Otto's guide is here:

@Jack63 As mentioned, just set it up in the same spot as you have your MicroCell and see how it goes. The setup is basically the same. A direct ethernet connection to your router (make sure you use the yellow ethernet port on the Cell Booster) and 2' away from any WiFi source. Make sure the GPS antenna cable is firmly connected to the Cell Booster (you'll hear or feel a solid click) and the receiver end is either attached to a window or sitting on the window sill. See my Tech Guide, link is in my sig line.
