Nokia cell booster (femetocell)

I just received a cell booster from ATT.  Model SS2FII femtocell multi-band soho.  The power LED blinks white and the internet LED blinks orange.  The Nokia manual says I need to open udp port 150, 4500, and 123 but I can’t open these ports without the IP address.  Does this unit have a default IP?  I can’t see it on my network yet my old 3g microcell works just fine using the same network cable.  I don’t know how to get this working and no one from ATT can help.

@2quackers That's good to know.  I know that there was on on-again off-again issue with the myAT&T MicroCell Settings page a long time ago and changing browsers would correct the issue, most times. Hopefully this is AT&T's second promotional push to get the Cell Boosters out before they go on sale. Nice catch. Thanks!

Do you have the AT&T link from the first email that you got to work using Chrome?  Thanks

Let us help you find out what's going on with that email you received about that Cell Booster, @Travis299 and @2quackers!

First, try resolving your experience by clearing your browser's cache and history or use another browser entirely. Then test the results by clicking on the link to see if it helps.

If your experience persists despite these steps, then let us know.

We want to make sure that you are prepared when 3G network is phased out.

I am running WIN 10 with all of the latest updates installed.  I have BOTH Edge & Chrome installed and both fail on the link.  My iPhone 12 Pro using Edge & Chrome also fails.  My grandson's PC running WIN 10 also fails.  Thanks for your help.

AT&T chat response. "Thank so much for confirming. Since you mentioned that the link is not working we can get the Free replacement of your device, we have a team that handles that request. You need to contact them at 800-331-0500. Since as much as I want to process it here with my end hence I only have the limited tools and they are the right department for this concern. No worries, I what I can do here is to take note in your account. And you can use our Chat ID 742075797946648493 as a refence this transaction."

Just in case it helps, the link I received in the email message from AT&T is as follows:

att.com/AcceptMyDevice

Looks nice and simple, yet this link then explodes into a horrid mess when entered into a browser's URL bar; this is what I see before providing any user input:

[very long URL deleted]

Obviously a lot of code being executed for what would seem on the surface to be a simple process.  Apparently it's a bit fragile, if one needs to tinker with multiple browsers, clearing history and caches (as some of like keeping our browser history around for reasons I won't delve into here) . . . Fortunate that the numerous other portals I access regularly (including AT&T's main customer portal) don't seem to experience similar issues. ;-)

@Travis299 -- hoping that AT&T team referenced in the chat can help you get this transaction processed and completed quickly and without additional frustration.

@Travis299 I just saw your other message.

Cellular Data = On

WiFi Calling = Off

WiFi = On

Cellular Data Options -> Voice & Data -> LTE (if you have an iPhone and if that option is available) - If you don't, but your phone meets AT&T's requirements for once 3G is shutdown, then your phone can connect only to LTE (unless your phone is 5G capable and you have a 5G plan).

@2quackers Please don't post code in a public forum. For most people it won't do them any good and for some, it could give them an idea on how to exploit it. The link is getting fixed.
