My Cisco DPH microcell keeps restarting.

My microcell stalls during the location verification steps during activation. It restarts every 2-3 minutes. The power light turns on, after 30 seconds the ethernet light turns on, then the signal lights turns on for 20 seconds and then the signal and GPS lights blink alternatively for another minute or so and then the whole system restarts and goes through the same process. I have reached out to ATT atleast 20 times and have had no solution whatsoever. I am frustated to the point of switching to Verizon as I just cannot get this resolved through ATT and have no signal in my apartment home.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is this a new MicroCell or one that was purchased from eBay or where ever? I'd try a hard reset to clear out the registers/memory which sets it back to default status.

Who, and what kind of ISP service do you have?

Did the Mcell ever work properly?

I'm assuming that when you say "signal light", you are referring to the 3G light?

When powering up, the normal sequence should be as follows:

1.  Power light comes on.

2.  Ethernet light comes on.

3.  GPS light comes on after acquiring location.

4.  3G light comes on indicating a connection to the AT&T network.

While your description is somewhat vague, it could be that the Mcell is not getting a GPS lock.

Definitely try a hard reset as suggested.

Is your Mcell in a location where it can see GPS satellites (next to a window)?

Could also be a bad AC adapter.
