Microcell replacement email
I received an email stating that 3G was ending and I could get a replacement microcell. Is this a spam email or real?

@towings710 Use the website link, if it is working (there have been access issues) and go thru the ordering process. If the link goes nowhere, try a different browser after clearing the caches.
It is legitimate and is the second emailing to try and catch some of the MicroCell users who were missed with the first emailings. In that email they were told that they would be receiving one for free in the mail and there was nothing else to do. This time around I think they are looking for a response, hence the website link, to make sure that one is needed. If you have WiFi-C (WiFi Calling) you don't really need one but that's up to you.

It’s legit. I just got mine last week. Did they say they were sending you one or that you could purchase one? A lot of people got one sent to them automatically who had active microcells.

Couldn’t get the link to work, so I didn’t know if it was real or not. Thanks

@towings710 Yeah, there are still issues with the link that AT&T said were fixed. Keep trying, clear caches and try a different browser, or call Support and hopefully you can get someone who can help you.
