When you change to a new device and your Microcell is not working, remove and re add the mobile number for the mobile device you're using is on the approved user list:

  1. Log in at https://www.att.com/microcell using your myAT&T account information.
  2. In the Your MicroCell Device Approved User List section, click on Delete for the number being removed.
  3. Then click Add a New AT&T Number to this Approved User List.
  4. Add the number (and a nickname if desired) and click Save.
  5. Power the phone off and then back on.
