4g Microcell Tower

I have purchased a used 4g Microcell Tower for our home. We had the 3g and decided to upgrade. Unfortunately the individual we bought it from does not have access to the account to deactivate it. Is there anyway to deactivate it, so I can set it up at our home?

The MicroCell has never been 4G. It is strictly a 3G device. The last iteration, the black DPH-154 was still 3G only. It just had a smaller footprint and slightly improved radios. Functional-wise, there is no difference between the black model and the previous white models.

The only way to deactivate a MicroCell is to have the origianl owner deactivate (remove) it from their AT&T celluar account by going to their myAT&T MicroCell Settings page and deactivate it. AT&T will not do it for security purposes (they will not mess with another customer's account at the request of someone else).
