Using Alexa with Digital Life

I have used Alexa with my Digital Life for well over a year now.  All of a sudden it has stopped working.  I have reset Digital Life, Unlinked and re-linked to Alexa and reset Alexa many times.  It won’t come back online.  HELP!

I clicked on the name as suggested in the message and there was no link to send a "Private Message". Please respond on how to submit data. I am unsure due to ensuring my information is kept private and not disclosed on the forum.

@Cpeader  Hello. You have to be logged into the forum in order to send a private message. You can see from other posts that I ask for this information from customers . I ask for it via private message so that it is not publicly shared as it is in the forum. We also do not keep customer info after we have it for customer privacy and my user name shows that I am an AT&T employee as well.
