UNACCEPTABLE: Can't make a program for contact sensors (used to be able to)
When is AT&T going to reinstate the ability to make a program for contact sensors? This is entirely unacceptable!
Tell your IT dept to do their work on development servers and leave the app/website alone until they've worked out the bugs on the development server -not take away services that we pay for and need.

Thanks for your reply, but unless my menu is missing something, this is not working, there is no way that I can see to set up a notification for any contact sensor I choose, in fact, no contact sensors are listed except for the one I set up when I first got Digital Life (when they told me I could set up a notification for any device installed).

This is USER Error... you can definitely create custom programs based on contact sensors as triggers... i just checked again...
USER-it's an event TRIGGER.... you're just building your program wrong.

Yes, it's a event trigger. That's how I set up the only contact sensor program I have.
Now there is nothing listed for contact sensors under any of the program menus, or available in the custom menu. These are the only items available:
Camera
Digital Life System
Smart Plug
Thermostat
Water Sensor
Weather
Guru, if you are able to set up a contact sensor notification, please tell me what the steps you are using. Thank you.
