Thermostat within the digital life app doesn't function properly
The thermostat widget within the digital life app doesn't function correctly. It stays stuck at 75° and doesn't communicate with the physical digital thermostat pad. I have deleted data from app, removed recorded videos, erased programs, turned off notifications... still doesn't work. Same issue occurs on my note 9, iphone and/or tablet.

Whether hit the Plus or Minus sign or even hit "off"...the thermostat widget automatically enables & sets itself to 75°. & the heat can physically be off on the physical side pad but the app wont reflect the pad's actual activity

I turned on my heat from thermostat set at 72, heat has not kicked in. Currently temperatures is 66 degrees. How can I get the thermostat to come on.
