Rolling app maintenance window

Just trying to get a idea of when this rolling window is going to be finished, I’d really like to have access to my system via the app

11PM EST has come and gone.... it’s been extended throughout the day, leading me to belive it’s unexpected, and there is no fix/restoration in sight.  Would be nice of ATT provided real honest updates, but I suspect this could go on for days. Or, they finally sold DL, and this is a transition.
