Required DLIFE app update now won’t allow access

IPhone 12 digital life app mandatory app update. Logging in is fine and using facial recognition 2nd attempt gets checkmark so it’s OK, but I get circular login requests. I briefly see the AT&T logo but returns to user ID. Sometimes after 6-10 login attempts I can view the camera & data but then I’m logged out & can’t log back in. Now, after circling back more than 15 times I need tech support.

@southerngel  Hello. My apologies for the issue that you are having. Would you please try deleting the app and reinstalling it?

@jgholden  Hello. Could  you tell me the model of phone  you have? Also, please respond with your name and either account number or address and I can have one of our technical folks take a look on the back end... It fixed itself but now I need to log into the DL app every single time I want to view the camera. My phine is iPhone 12 & IOS 14.8. I did not update the latest iOS update because of my issue with DL app.

Hello,

Please follow these steps:

  1. When you are logging into the DL app, enter your password and select the 'Save Password' option as seen in the image below. Then tap Sign in. If done successfully, you should see the second image each time you open the DL app (please read step 2 below). 
  1. When opening the DL app, If you do not see the 'Save Password' option, your account should not require you to enter your password again because you have already completed step #1. You will see the screen below. Tap the arrow next to your username and you should be logged directly into your account without entering a password.

If this does not work, please update your iOS to the latest version and then try the steps above again or contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you.

Hi.  I have a Phone 13 and my digital life app is not working.  It stopped working on my 12.  My husband has a iPhone XS and it doesn't work on his either.  We have deleted the app and reinstalled, changed the password numerous times.  We keep getting----

Hmmm.. That isn't the ID you set up for this service.  Try signing in again with another ID.---  I have tried every ID we have ever used, PLEASE HELP!

Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you with resetting your ID and getting the app working.

I have not been able to access the app since i did the required update last week.  It attempts to log in then says oops something isnt working quite right, try signing out, then sign back in and try again.  

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app- doesn't help.  Honestly without the app the system is pretty much something i don't need so i hope tech support can acknowledge this last app update ruined it and get it fixed.
