Home Alone! (creative programs)

Don’t worry about a thing! In addition to setting your Digital Life system to Armed, you can now simulate regular daily activities while you’re gone. Your Digital Life system can turn the lights on and off randomly each evening, simulating your presence at home. Set up this easy program to run while you’re out of town.

To create this program, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Digital Life account from any computer or tablet
  2. Create a Program
  3. Select Schedule Tasks
  4. Click the + sign on lights in away mode
  5. Select days of the week you’d like the program to run
  6. Select times you prefer the program to run
  7. Click Next
  8. Select which lights will come on randomly while your system is ARMED
  9. Name your program

This screen shot should help you find the option.

Has this been removed? I cannot find this option, trying on the iPad, iPhone and even web browser version.

Cmon DL - if you aren't going to offer a programming option, then remove the posts describing how to program a function that doesn't exist.

Mine doesn't have that? Am I on a different version somehow?  😞

I think what is happening is that it isn't in a completely obvious place.

iPad:

Click on Programs across the bottom of the screen. That will take you to the window where Schedule Tasks is located.

iPhone:

I don't believe we are able to create any programs on an iPhone, at this time. It appears we can do so only from the iPad app or computer.
