Follow up on Digital Life App
RichJ44 posted a complaint, over a month ago, about the Digital Life App crashing every time they used their key fob. My husband and I are having the same issue.
At the time of his original post, a Community Support Specialist said they were "looking into the issue."
"Looking into the issue" doesn't stop the app from crashing every time I use it. Could we please have an update or a little more information or at least wave the white flag of surrender so we will know you have no intention of fixing this issue.
It also seems impossible to find a way to contact anyone about this any other way than through this forum. But I would be grateful for a link to support email or a phone number if I am missing something. Thank you.
