Digital Life Application on DirecTV

I have DirecTV and AT&T Digital Life.  My Digital Life Application on DirecTV no longer works.  I have been trying to get the issue resolved since October 29th, so far, no one at DirecTV or Digital Life can assist me and I cannot get a straight answer on whether this problem will ever be fixed. Is this problem unique to me or is this a global problem with Digital Life and DirecTV?

Hello. The solution is for one of our technical folks to take a look at the back end and resolve the issue for you. I would need a private message of your name/account number and address so that I can locate the account to get this resolved. The private message is to keep your information private.

Great. What do we need to do. My DirectTV still is not allowing the Digital Life

to be displayed like it had been. There is no way to send a PM.

What do I need to do? If someone can do this remotely, great.
