Bypass motion sensor using Away setting

We are not able to set our alarm system to Away when our dog is inside because he is too big to adjust the motion sensor settings.  We would like to be able to bypass the motion sensors so he will not set the alarm off.  If we use the Stay setting, the alarm goes off I immediately when we open the door to come in.  How do I bypass the motion sensors to avoid this problem?
