Archives Only Show Current Day

My video archives only show the current day’s files.  Even when setting the date range to multiple days, it shows only current day’s data.  It’s not a memory issue since data management is on purge, and shows 22% data availability.

Our camera only shows the current day. On Dec 12 we had a package stolen out of our mail box. I would like to review the 12th to see who did this.

@DebraT53  Hello. I was able to locate your account based off of the email address that you used for the forum. In reviewing the account, you do not have a program set up to record video/snapshot automatically...you only have it set up if you manually record then it would notify the person on the account that it is set up to  notify. In order to review videos, you need to create a program to record video when the camera detects motion. Here is a video that will assist you in creating a program.
