Your IMEI number & device don't match
I submitted requests to unlock iPhone 7 which I know for sure are locked to AT&T but got the following response from AT&T unlock portal.
Anyone else had same issue could you please let me know how you resolved it? Thanks

We can't complete your unlock request right now.
Device IMEI number:[edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]

Make sure you have the correct IMEI:
Note: IMEI provided is not an AT&T IMEI
Then, submit a new request when you're ready to try again.

I have faced an issue in unlocking my Phone, its saying as "Your IMEI number & device don't match"
